The ABLE Act allows people with disabilities to establish a tax-advantaged savings account that can be used to pay for qualified disability expenses such as (but not limited to) housing, transportation and education.
People who receive SSI and/or SSDI may find this webinar useful since the $2,000 resource limit for Medicaid eligibility does not apply to ABLE account balances. Join us to learn more about ABLE accounts from a state and national perspective.
