Advocacy Award: Given to a person – with or without disabilities – who demonstrates the power of advocacy to make a positive change in their own life or on behalf of people who have disabilities
Inclusion Award: Given to a person – with or without disabilities – or organization for their efforts to create or promote inclusive opportunities for people who have disabilities
Rising Star Award: Given to a person – with or without disabilities – who is a youth, student, or professional in their first five years of a career, and who embodies our founders’ drive to empower people who have disabilities
Nominees must reside in one of the following counties: Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Chemung, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Ontario, Orleans, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming, or Yates. Starbridge employees, board members, and their family members are not eligible for Community Awards.
