Ready to explore possibilities?

For students with disabilities and their families, planning for life after high school may seem challenging. Join us for a FREE series to learn about opportunities and find answers to the questions that are on everyone’s minds:

  • Where can I live?
  • What are the opportunities for learning?
  • Where can I work?
  • What can I do for fun?
  • What resources can provide support?

Join us to learn skills to reach your personal goals and learn more about the many programs in our community that can support you along your journey to independence. At the end of the series, you will have an opportunity to access funds to support your vision.

The series takes part in four ONLINE sessions - all from 6-8pm:

  • Wednesday, October 13
  • Monday, October 18
  • Wednesday, October 20
  • Monday, October 25
