Supporting IEP Learning During COVID - Middle and High School Focus

Education Conference - Presented in two parts online

Whether students are learning at school, home, or a hybrid option, we want to help them continue to learn. For students who have IEPs, there are ways to translate those into supportive plans that can be used in any setting.

Starbridge is pleased to host Shelley Moore, inclusion expert and international speaker, for two interactive online sessions!

  • December 10, 2020 — Focus on Elementary School Plans
    • Hosted on Zoom from 3:00-5:00pm EST
  • January 16, 2021— Focus on Middle and High School Plans
    • Hosted on Zoom from 3:00-5:00pm EST

You will need internet access and a computer or a smartphone to participate via Zoom.

Registration Fees:

  • Educators or other professionals: $25/session
  • Parent or family member of student with disability or suspected disability: Free

Starbridge is able to provide these sessions at no charge to people with disabilities and their family members, thanks to the support of grants from local, regional, and national funders.

About Shelley Moore:

Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Shelley Moore is a highly sought after teacher, researcher, speaker and storyteller. She has worked with school districts and community organizations throughout Canada and the United States. Her first book, One Without the Other, was released in July 2016 to follow up her TEDx talk from January 2016.
