Ida Jones, Vice President of Organizational and Workforce Development at Starbridge, was honored by the National Human Resources Association, Rochester Chapter, at a luncheon ceremony on April 26, 2017. The annual awards recognize exceptional leaders in the human resources field.

Ida received the Award for Passionate Service Excellence and was one of three finalists for HR Executive of the Year in the large employer category.

Colin Garwood, President/CEO of Starbridge, said, "We are so pleased that Ida received the recognition she deserves from the National Human Resources Association. Other finalists in the large employer category included Harvey Beldner of North American Breweries and Fernan Cipero of the YMCA of Greater Rochester. Honorees in the small employer category included Hope DellaStua of EFPR Group, Kim Kulik of Passero Associates, and Laurie Wiest of Summit Credit Union.
