High Contrast

Good afternoon,

The safety of the people we serve, our employees, and our community is critical. We are carefully monitoring the developments with COVID-19.

We want to assure you we are continuing to operate and provide supports and services; however, we are taking additional precautions to help minimize the spread of the virus.

Based on the guidance of local, state, and national authorities, Starbridge is implementing the following to ensure we provide the safest possible services:

  • More of our staff will begin working remotely rather than working in our main office.
  • Our staff will continue to provide guidance, resources, and supports. If you are looking to connect with us, please phone or email the appropriate staff member or use our Contact Us form.
  • All in-person workshops and events planned through late April are being postponed. Webinars will still be offered. You can visit our event calendar to view upcoming webinars or look at our webinar recordings page to view recent topics.
  • All visitors to residential sites will be screened by staff based on CDC and OPWDD guidelines prior to being allowed entry into the residences.
  • If you have a meeting scheduled with a Starbridge staff member, please phone or email them first to inquire about whether the meeting can be handled by phone.
  • We are restricting visitors to our main office at 1650 South Avenue. Please phone ahead before dropping by our office.
  • We have increased our cleaning and disinfection protocols at our main office and our residential sites. All staff are being encouraged to follow CDC guidelines for handwashing and social distancing.

We will continue to follow the guidelines of our local, state, and national authorities throughout this crisis. You may want to look at the following resources for updated information:

This is an unexpected, challenging time for us all. We are grateful for your partnership, trust, and continued support.

Kind regards,
