Dear friends,
Last week marked Direct Support Professional Recognition Week. I spent much of my early career serving as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). DSPs are on the front lines supporting individuals with disabilities to live successfully in the community
I appreciate the commitment of each DSP to show up and give it their all each day – especially during the pandemic. We have a team of phenomenal leaders that continue to accept the challenge of these uncertain times and rise to the occasion!
Read more about why we’re grateful for our DSPs and what they like about their work.
I can’t thank our DSPs enough and I’m honored to serve alongside each one of them!
Be well,
Nikisha Ridgeway
President/CEO

Join us for Cause for Celebration – an evening of comedy and funraising on Wednesday, October 12th at Comedy @ The Carlson!
Before the show, browse our silent auction or purchase a bottle of wine from our wine pull.
During the show, help us honor our Community Champion Award recipients who make a positive difference in the lives of children and adults with disabilities. We’ll enjoy performances by comedians Todd Youngman and Dan Viola. Plus, your ticket includes hearty hors d’oeuvres and desserts!
Your support of Cause for Celebration will make it possible for children to achieve success in education, youth and adults to succeed in employment, and individuals to live healthy lives in our community.
