This workshop is a deeper dive into the disciplinary and suspension process in public schools. It is designed to educate participants on the legal rights of students with emphasis on the rights of students with disabilities. The session will use legal frameworks that explain the responsibilities of schools in handling student behavior and provide tools participants need to navigate disciplinary actions with confidence.
