As a parent, it can be hard to know when your child is experiencing typical peer disagreements—and when it’s something more serious. This workshop will help you understand the key differences between peer conflict and bullying. You’ll learn how to recognize the signs of bullying, how to support your child if it happens, and how schools typically respond. The session also provides important information about the Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) and the role of the DASA Coordinator in creating a safe school environment. This workshop is a collaboration with the Family Resource Network.
