Recent SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits changes mean many families will struggle to meet daily food needs. We understand how stressful this can be, and you are not alone. Starbridge is here to connect you with local and statewide resources to help fill the gap — including food pantries, community meal programs, and additional supports for families.
September 25 , 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Join us to learn about the Monroe County Family Access and Connection Team (FACT) and Single Point of Access (SPOA) for Children and Youth. This session will explain how these programs support youth with significant mental health or behavioral health needs in Monroe County.
FACT uses a team-based approach that brings families, schools, and service providers together to help young people facing serious challenges. SPOA serves as a central hub, helping families find and connect with mental health and support services for their children.
This webinar is ideal for parents, caregivers, educators, and anyone interested in learning how to access local resources for children and teens in need of extra support.
