- Communication Skills to better manage Challenging Behaviors
- Evidence-based techniques to increase your power to respond more rationally
- Strategies to create the change you desire in yourself, your family & your workplace
- How to increase your power to relate to upset, fatigue and burnout

Joe is a positive psychology, family systems, Behavioral Therapist who has worked closely with individuals who have developmental disabilities and their families to understand, reduce and transform challenging behavior and heal the emotional issues which often occur in the family.
