Special Education in NYS: A Parent’s Guide

This joint session offered by Starbridge and the FACE Center will review the information in Special Education in New York State for Preschool and School-Age Students with Disabilities: A Parent’s Guide. Learn about the special education process including referral, initial evaluation, eligibility determination, IEP development and implementation, annual review and reevaluation. Information will also be shared related to rights for parents and other resources related to special education in NY State.
